Ovarian cyst rupture *endo *endometriosis

I am under a gyno for possible endometriosis. My next appointment is June. I am in severe pain accompanied with dizziness, spotting and nausea. The Pain is in my pelvis, left ovary, back and legs. The pain got so bad i went to a&e yesterday and was given morphine and told I'd be staying in. Only to be seen by a surgeon who told me it might `just be a cyst popping` was then sent home with no pain relief and told my gyno will see me in june. I am still in pain, not quite so bad but bad enough. I had no scans at hospital, no hormone blood test to check for pcos they just went from a hormone test from 2014.

Also i haven't had proper period since january

Anyone experienced similar??
