baby wont sleep..

My baby had been sleeping from 8pm-5:30/6am every night from about 2 months old. Since she hit 5 months she started waking at about 3am each night, now she is 6 months next week and getting her to sleep is a struggle, she used to go off on her own with no rocking, no snuggly, no music, no bottle, nothing. Now she cries for 30mins while i rock her until she finally falls asleep, then she wakes at about 1am, 4am and 7am 😣 She is teething, her first tooth is nearly cutting, could that be the reason? It is draining all my energy, especially as she only has two 15 min naps during the day, its making her miserable too because shes tired..
