Breif yellow cm after watery cm? Bfn

I'm 13dpo right now, I've taken a few frer's and a dollar store cheapie, all negative. Today I had watery cm and my cervix is pretty soft, but about medium height. Then after feeling around my cervix and wiping a bit again a little bit of watery/thick/globby yellow tinged cm came out. I don't itch and there is no odor. Can I possibly be pregnant..?? Also, I've been having typical pms symptoms but I always have backaches, never really stomach cramps. Now it's only stomach cramps and they're off and on, usually they're constant. Huge bloating, feeling hungry in my stomach but not really wanting to eat. Almost threw up thinking about eating this morning while I was brushing my teeth. My BBS are also very tender on the underside and nipple and a bit veiny, which is also strange for me.
