Friends with benefits or more? Help please

I need help knowing if this is a possibility for a relationship. We started talking and knew each other for years now. We planned on being friends with benefits.. Well the first night we had great sex. I thought that it would end there. He took me to trail ride. We got stuck in the mud together and i was freezing after it splashed all over us. He carried me out of the mud held me on his back uo the hill then kept me warm until help arrived one hour later. That night we had sex again but it was different. He rubbed my back for a long time and i rubbed his back and head then it started. And it was slow and powerful. I never expected a kiss bye. I thought friends with benefits was just sex. Then today he asked me out to eat, i thought he would sit across from me but he sat next to me closely. Then when we where done i took him back to his car because he was getting his breaks changed then headed to work. We made out for a long while. He held my face so softly and it felt like he truly cared for me... My question is.. Did he fall for me? Or is this still friends with benefits?
