Why is sex STILL NOT feeling good?

My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for about 3 months now. We've had sex on about 4 different occasions now with a total of 12-13 rounds. What I don't understand is why the feeling during the doesn't feel anywhere close to what I was hoping it was going to be. I don't see what the big hype is about it, it doesn't feel that great at all. It just feels like he's inside of me. Nothing more. My partner is someone I'm so deeply in love with. So it's not that I'm not into him. I am. I perfectly aroused and wet because we NEVER rush foreplay. And he's perfectly fine with size. I just don't understand what the issue is with me not really feeling it.. plus tonight (being the last time we did it) it actually started to hurt. He did it slowly so it's not like it hurt cuz it was rough.. I just don't understand what's wrong and why I'm not feeling it like I think I should be. What's wrong??
