Baby poop

My little girl is almost a week old. In hospital she had meconium and then she had 2 more meconium poops at home. She now only poops about once a day after that (poop has changed and almost mustard color at 5 days). My question is, what is normal? My public health nurse says she should be pooping 3 times if not more a day..... I'm not worried she's not getting enough breast milk as she pees a fair amount. Any thoughts? The poops she does have almost fill the diaper (not quarter sized like I've been told they should be).
