Back of neck tattoo?

Hey all! My bestie from out of the country is coming in a little over a month and we want to get tattoos together. Ideally I think I'd want to get it on the back of my neck/spine but I have like a bump on the back of my neck that I'm sort of self conscious about. Idk what it is, I don't have scoliosis or anything it's just like curved right where my back meets my neck. It's not a huge bump or anything but it doesn't look  flat like everyone else's tattoo (on neck/back) photos I see. Does anyone else have something similar and can share photos? I wonder if I'm just paranoid or if it would actually make it look more noticeable. Share photos of your back/back of neck tattoos please!
