cramps after pos opk?

Hi ladies, last. night I got my positive opk and this morning it's gone back negative, I'm having a couple of cramps nothing major, is that normal? Also now the test has gone back negative do I class today as my first day after ovulation? First pic is last night, second is this morn. Thank you☺

A positive test means you have enough hormone in your body to trigger ovulation. It also means that you will ovulate anywhere within 12 to 48 hours of the positive test, once you get a positive you can stop testing. If you had some cramps the next day it's probably a sign that it was your exact ovulation.

Apps like glow will take an average, and usually say that you ovulate the day after a positive OPK - in your case that sounds exactly right!
