I need opinions please Boy or Girl ?

Boy or Girl please i want some opinions. I paid for a private ultrasound at 12w 4 days for gender reveal. They told me based on the picture that is a girl but i dont know why something tells me that this is wrong,how can a girls part be so pronounced at 12 weeks, also i only see two lines and girls are supposed to be 3 , i dont know, im ok with a boy or a girl , but this picture doesnt look like a girl to me based on what i have seen. Please honest opinions. Thanks
