Question for Single moms in Illinois.
Is anyone familiar with the specifics of the bill HB6064. I'm a single mother who will not seek any financial assistance from the state.
I will also not list the child's father (alleged) on the Birth Certificate. I feel that he should want to be involved rather than feel obligated. Will I still have access to my child's birth certificate. In the event that the father refuses or neglects to take a DNA test?
