I had sex for the first time

I had sex for the first time yesterday...which was also a day before my period was supposed to start. He said he pulled out and I saw that he did. My cycle hasn't came yet... Even though my cycle does this sometimes I am still nervous about other possibilities. Is it possible to get pregnant a day before your period. Idk why I'm asking this when he did not finish inside of me but I still would like to know.
