boob allergic reaction...NEED HELP

Missy
About 2 weeks ago my boobs have been really dry and sore which I knew was normal but my doctor suggested I buy and used lansinoh. I went to buy it and applied it on when my boobs started to itch or feel dry and it worked the first day. I woke up the next morning and i had small bumps like a rash on both boobs. I stopped using the cream because I figured i was allergic to lanolin. I thought without using it the rash would go away but it as spread and gotten worse. I don't know what to do, I called my doctor and all she could tell me was to stop using the cream and keep my boobs moisturized but she never said with what. I seriously need help because they are so uncomfortable and it's hard to sleep in this condition.
