missed period !

So Im 38 days late on my period , I have always missed a period every other month and sometimes have periods for weeks on end , 2 tests come back negative , but keep feeling sick 😔 anyone no what it could be ? I'm not stressed no more since moving out and I've changed my diet aswell , really want a baby after having my baby girl as still born.
