where do your babies nap

Where do your babies nap during the day? Is it bad that she still only falls asleep in my arms during the day? If I put her down in her rock and play right when she falls asleep she will wake up right away and I feel like she doesn't get enough sleep that way. So I let her nap one during the day, is this gonna form a bad habit? I also want to be able to put her down for naps so I can have somewhat a productive day.
