I just want to tell everyone how wonderful of an experience I have had with them! I received a Rock and Play for my baby shower for my daughter, who is now 4 months old. The motor burnt out of it last week, and my daughter was sick and extremely fissy because her rock and play wouldn't vibrate anymore. 
I bought a replacement off of Amazon, which apparently is a lesser strength motor than my rock and play required, and this was not good enough for my daughter (you could barely feel it vibrate). 
So I called Fisher Price to ask where I can buy the right motor for her. Instead of allowing me to buy one, they are sending me a brand new rock and play, the exact same as I have now, which is $60, for free!! In addition, he is shipping it 2 day air so I can have it even sooner! 
I just want to say how wonderful of a company this is, and how amazing it is that they care for their customers. And I am SO glad I registered my rock and play!!! 💖
