Question about my landlords?

So my husband and I have lived in our current house for about 7 months. We will be renewing our lease in july but are having second thoughts. We love the house and like the landlords but one thing keeps bugging us, and we need some insight on how to handle it. Our landlords keep trying to come in our house. Everytime the man (they're a couple) mows our grass he asks to come in. Everytime their over at our neighbors they ask to come in. Now, instead of us bringing our rent to them, they come by our house and ask to come in. We actually went on a five day trip and came home to our back door unlocked, no forced entry and we never leave our doors unlocked, Especially before a trip. We honestly think they were in our home. We are very neat clean people with nothing to hide, but it feels like they are checking up on the inside of the house a little too much. Its borderline invading our privacy. Why tf do they keep trying to come in and, should this be enough for us to not renew our lease or are we overreacting?
