Period 2 weeks late have implanon

I had implanon for a year and a half with regular periods and sometimes spotting. My period is 10 days late and no signs of coming soon. My husband and I have unprotected sex regularly, could I be pregnant? Or is it the hormones in implanon changing my cycle?
