help.....!!!!!

I have pcos. Went off my birth control 3 months ago I'm on metformin my periods have continued to be normal I was supposed to start my period last Thursday and still haven't. I took a pregnancy test Saturday and it was negative. I Don't know if I should take another test or just wait and see if my period starts. Me and my significant other are trying to have a baby.
