What do you believe is the difference between a gold digger and someone with standards ?

It is an oxymoron because gold digging can be someone's standard

A gold digger chases money no matter the persons looks, personality, intellect. Whereas someone who has standards will be interested more in the looks, personality and intellect, not their bank balance

I wanted someone with drive to succeed in life, a hard worker. I met my husband and he was a mason when we met. Certainly not a wealthy man, but such a hard worker and a drive to succeed. I work hard too and want someone similar. 10 years and 3 kids later and we are happier than ever. Financially we more than tripled our household income together.

A gold digger is in this for different reasons, wants a sugar daddy, and cares more about the money than the man behind the work.

Gold diggers  standards are based  solely on their monetary value of the person. A person  with  high  standards base it an a whole  different  amount  of things.... while yes some consider wealth  as a  high standard,   if being  under well off as a standard is a complete deal breaker id group  them in the  gold digger category.
