Should I be worried?

I'll be 34 weeks tomorrow and after I went to the bathroom and wiped there was a lot of clear jelly like discharge. Everytime I wiped there was more pieces, in total I would say there was about 2 inch in diameter maybe a bit more. I had a midwife appointment yesterday she didn't do an internal exam but my baby was finally close to being head down I don't know if he is fully head down now and that's why I'm having this. Im just wondering if I should be worried and call my midwife or if it's normal. This is my second baby, my son was born at 41 and a half weeks at 10 lbs 7oz.

Any advice would be really appreciated. Thank you
