Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms at only 4 weeks!?

I have a 1 year old and I remember the first trimester being so tired!!

Iv had 3 chemical pregnacys since December and I just got a faint line the other day and iv been so tired already!  Hope this means it's real this time! 🙏🏼

Yes. I started having symptoms even before I got a positive test

That's when I started with the super sensitive smell/ nausea. A week later all hell broke loose and I was sooooo sick

I started feeling sick and tired around that time. Didn't find out until I was in the middle of my 6th week though.

I'm 5w6d today and I found out I was pregnant when I was 4weeks. I was so tired from even before I found out.
