missed miscarriage I still can't believe this

After 3 years of trying we had finally got pregnant went in for my 10 wk sonogram and found out that the baby's heart had stop beating we didn't see this coming I mean no bleeding no cramping no nothing and now God has our little Angel we loved you since the day we found out we where pregnant and will never forget you tomorrow I go in for my D&C surgery please if you can please say a prayer thanks and love to all
