Finally able to get out of bed.

Have been dealing with the WORST sciatic pain. Felt like every time I stood up or attempted to walk my hips were grinding together or wanted to pop in place. I'm going on week 28 of my 3rd pregnancy and have never dealt with this pain before. I finally was able to get ahold of some Dr. Teal's Ginger and Clay Epsom Salt, I ran out before and couldn't find any at the store and was using the Lavender one and it never did anything for me. I was also trying out bath bombs that were supposed to be for muscle ache and such that did nothing for me. I went back to the Ginger and Clay one since they had some finally and OMG, soaked for 45 mins last night in warm water. Literally got out of the tub PAIN FREE, slept all night flipping back and forth no problem. I figured I'd probably have to do another tub tonight since I'd been in so much pain lately and I went the ENTIRE day today with no pain whatsoever. I'd even forgot I was in pain, I was picking up cases of water and Gatorade at Sams Club like nothing. Seriously, Dr. Teal's Ginger and Clay Epsom Salt. If you have ANY body pain, try it out, put a show on your iPad set it next to the bathtub do your soak. I guarantee you'll feel so much better. 
Edit: for my soak I pour probably 2 cups of the salt in my tub while it's filling up and don't swish it around, I like to pour it in the tub where my body feels the most pain and will be laying on top of it so when I lay my body on the top of it, it will pretty much dissolve into my pain spots. (if that makes sense)
