Changing relationship

Anyone else feel like your relationship has totally changed since being pregnant ? My fiance has been so distant . He's a great guy and is working 2 jobs because I lost mine at 7 months pregnant, I appreciate him and love him very much . I don't know if maybe it's just the hormones making me so clingy but it just seems like he no longer cares about spending time with me. I know men tend to not have that connection with their baby till they hold them, I get that they can't experience what we are going through , it would be nice to feel attractive and loved again though :( my third trimester has been an emotional hormonal rollercoaster . . Anyone else's man been way more distant since becoming pregnant?
