Confused? Maybe you can tell me her reason??

So a week ago I was having horrible stomach pains while I was on my period. And my best friend freaked out wanting me to go to the hospital because she thought I was having a ectopic pregnancy. But the pain had gone away and since it never came back I never went to the doctor. My stomach was sore for several days. Then I had ended my period and am now fighting through a horrible cold. I have had it for 3 days now and it's finally getting better... but anyways my friend had text me today asking me if I had tested. Which I'm confused about. Is any of that pregnancy symptoms?? I told her I would test tomorrow cuz I know she will bug me till I do? I just don't get why?
