Worried about my breasts 😣! Please Help!!

Hello im 16 weeks now and i have questions that really need answers please help!😳 So I've noticed ever since I started producing colostrum my breasts seem irritated and are light red most of the time? Some people tell me it's because I'm producing colostrum and others say it's my bra just irritating them?? Help?
