😲😭Is my hair ganna fall out!??

Okay so I'm an idiot and I tried to balayage my hair it turned out blotchy so I used a color remover last night. I'm starting to dye my hair and my scalp burns is this normal or is my hair ganna fall out?? (* I have used this brand of dye before) I don't remember this happening..

And it is dry but I will definitely use a deep conditioner or hair mask of some sort. Again thanks:)!
