Period returning after birth

OK, so I was wondering if how my period has been is normal or if I should worry. I gave birth (natural delivery with no complications) July 15, 2016. November I had my first period. December and January I had my period on the same normal schedule as I did before conceiving. Now I haven't had a period since January. Do I need to be concerned?

As a side note, is it common to feel phantom kicks once in a while?

And according to tests don't by both me and at the Dr office beginning of March, I'm not pregnant again.
