Postpartum perineal care what did you use?

I am on my 3 week pp with a 2nd degree tear and would like to share the products that made my life more comfortable until now 😊 Which one did you use?

Peri bottle (one from the hospital and the Frida one) End up using just the simple hospital one.

Dermoplast (numbing cooling sensation ahhh)

Mesh panties

Huge simple cotton linen pads (got Always but they are lined with some syntetic material which was not friendly to my skin and end up irritating me)

Tucks hemorroid pads- best thing in the world, refreshing sensation.

Perineal cold packs from Cardinal- second best thing in the world, got bunch of them from the hospital.

Terry cloths- use them wet to clean up after a bowel moment. DO NOT USE TOILET PAPER, the itching afterwards is a nightmare.

Dulcolax- used only once as I got cramping as a side effect.

Sitz bath- not used yet.
