Am I being too picky??

So I've been single for a while now, and I'm starting to feel like I'm the problem. I've been through a lot of crap in my life, like a lot. So I want to make sure I don't keep making mistakes when it comes to relationships. Is not like I haven't had chance, cause I have had. But I always end up too focused on the flaws and what ifs and here I am all alone. For me is hard because I'm Christian and I don't want to have sex in the first date, it never works. I'm also kinda independent so I don't want to be with a guy that doesn't work, and doesn't have a car. To me if I'm at a 80% he's gotta be at 85% or higher. I feel like I keep loosing opportunities to be with a great guy. But what if I'm not?
