maybe baby maybe not

So in late march I switched birth control from nexplanon to the pill. I had sex with a guy a couple days after switching. 2 weeks later I had sex with my child's father (we're not together) but I missed 3 days of my bc and just decided to stop taking it bc it was making me sick. I had a period 2 weeks before the end of march and a period starting the 7th of April. M y period was suppose to start 4 days ago and still isn't here. Do y'all think I could be pregnant or is my cycle trying to regulate itself?
