My boob hurts!?

So I'm not breastfeeding (unfortunately I had a very hard time and couldn't and my milk has since dried up) my baby is about 10 weeks old... Out of nowhere in between my boobs is sore to the touch. I was kinda ignoring it but I've been laying on my left side and my left boob hurts so bad and seems to be getting worse. Does anyone know what this could be?? I've never had this happen before and it's kinda embarrassing asking 😂 but I'm concerned. Or is boob pain just sometimes normal?

I know that was the first sign of my being pregnant. It felt like my breasts were two huge wasp stings. Is it possible you are pregnant? Another possibility is you're still producing some milk and are engorged or even have a clogged duct. I've heard other women say they've lactated after stopping breastfeeding for one reason or another. If it's possible I'd take a hot shower or place hot cloths over your sore breast and try breastfeeding again. If it's a clogged duct your baby's suction power is the best remedy. If you see any red marks or have any fever it could be mastitis and you should see a doctor. Speak to a doctor either way of course if this persists.
