Help with narcissist husband

My husband is an abusive narcissist. I know why he is. Regardless, I do feel empathy for him.

However his emotional and verbal abuse is so obvious that it makes other people feel uncomfortable. He will criticise, embaress, but worst of all, he triew to control me by creating elaborate narratives about me, to try to convince me of things that are untrue. It's extremely manipulative.

I regret some things, but I also love him. I wish I did not. His biggest control tactic he uses is to write me off as being "crazy"... It's a problem

I just don't know the right solution. Please don't judge me, have a little mercy. I'm going thru a tough time. Thx in advance.
