Advice

I'm meeting my boyfriends real dad for he first time (he lives in a different state) And I'm extremely nervous. I want him to like me even though my boyfriend doesn't really care for his opinion. It's important to me that his family likes me. I know nothing about him other than "he's a dick". My boyfriend doesn't really talk about him much. So I'm nervous as hell. Anyone have any advice for me? Greatly appreciated.
