Has pregnancy made anyone else lactose intolerant?? Before pregnancy I could have anything dairy now I can't even have dairy or drink milk without having an upset stomach or feeling like crap..

Milk made me get very nauseous, i stopped drinking it the entire pregnancy. But not ice cream or even in cereal...so just straight white milk got me.

I have had lactose intolerance since I was a preteen, but being pregnant made it worse. 😩 Luckily frozen yogurt doesn't set off my stomach otherwise I'm pretty sure I would be taking it much worse.

I love cheese but the only cheese I can tolerate now is shaved asiago. ☹️ my fave snack before I got pregnant was pickles and sharp cheddar, but now sharp cheddar makes me sick!
