At what point do I get worried about swelling? It's not extra painful, my BP has always been normal...but this seems intense.

Go to the hospital could be something serious. Only time my feet swelled that bad was after giving birth with all the pitocin and epidural fluids. Hope everything is ok

Get checked. It could be preeclampsia. I dont care what anyone else says about puttin your feet up etc. Just get checked out for the safety of you and your baby.

it's pretty serious. You should elevate your legs put them up and see if the swoling goes down if not go to the doctor
