need motivation or something
I seriously need to lose weight - I know this! I know what I should and shouldn't do. I know it's just as much of the food as it is the exercise. So why can't I do it? Why can't I get up in the morning and do something?
I have lots of things that should motivate me - the threat of diabetes, having sleep apnea, having PCOS, have hypothyroidism, not being able to have kids (yes, losing weight should help with this, but they haven't been able to tell me if I'll definitely be able to have kids if I lost the weight), my nephews, and just having a healthier body and not so many health problems...
So why can't I do anything?? What's wrong with me??
