lack of sex drive...

So I'm a FTM, 20 weeks and really having a hard time with my sex drive. I want it but I'm pretty uncomfortable with my new body. My husband tells me I'm even more beautiful now. But did anyone else have trouble getting into the swing of having sex with a big belly? And how did you eventually overcome the feeling?
