Please describe your last month

I have 24 days left supposedly but I feel like I'm gonna pop any day now yesterday when I bent forward to tie my shoe my body shot back violently with pelvic pain, it almost felt like baby's head was stuck in my pelvis and now all the time I'm getting these sharp pains that feel like she's scooting down. Is this normal? Is she on her way? My first cervical check is thursday...
