I have E. coli after the birth of my beautiful little boy

I gave birth to my beautiful little boy 13 days ago. Since giving birth I haven't recovered I have been so ill. On Wednesday I was admitted to hospital because I was so ill but I didn't realise how ill i was until today. I finally find out my kidney aren't functioning because the infection is so serious and top of that I have E. coli in my blood stream. Apparently I have had it whilst I was pregnant it just took a turn for the worse after birth because my immune system was down. If I didn't come into hospital when I did I could of died. The thought of it makes me shake. But there's a funny side to the story the doctor asked me if we had sex before our baby was born we did two days before the birth and apparently that made it worse. I thought I'll let him have a bit of fun considering he won't be able to do anything for 6-7 weeks depending on my caesarean stitches. Now his telling me our marriage is a celibate marriage now he apparently almost killed me because of his urges. I said I'll see how long it lasts 😂😂🤣🤣
