The In-laws
Okay... I really don't know how to even start this.
My husband is amazing. Lately I've seen some things that are very small concerns, but I've talked to him and we've worked it out.
But I struggle with his dad. Growing up, I never had a problem getting along with parents, but my father-in-law is a different story. We live over 800 miles away. And he calls my husband every week and never asks how I'm doing. I try to say hi, but my husband never tells him what I've said. Whenever I'm around him I get anxious and I get easily irritated. He basically forgets that I'm around, and gets almost mad that I married his son.
I just don't know what to do. Any advice would be great.
