bleeding too long on the pills!

My doctor started me on Loryna, which is generic for Yaz, 3 weeks ago. I have been bleeding red since 1 week after starting the pills. Doctor says nothing to worry about but the placebo pills start in 2 days and am I just gonna bleed through that too? I'm so tired of bleeding and I just want to stop taking pills and just go natural :( anyone go through this with regular bc pills?
