Hcg levels are supposed to double every 48 hrs. So at ur initial blood draw whatever that number was should have doubled by 48 hours. Those numbers seem a bit low, but I'm not a doctor lol. Check with ur obgyn.

They are supposed to rise by 60% every 48 hours but will begin to drop after the placenta attaches i believe.
