looking for advice

Hi Ladies, I'm 6w today. I had one very early miscarriage and then a healthy pregnancy with my son. I had extremely light pink spotting once Friday night and then more noticeable light pink spotting once last night. I have also had some period like cramps (more intense than usual) over the last few days. I can't tell if I'm making myself crazy or have a bad gut feeling. If there is no more spotting should I just wait until tomorrow when my OB is open?  *I have NOT recently had sex or an internal exam for the spotting.
