anyone had similar??

Has anyone ever been told their hcg was a bit low but it did go up? They are saying a threatened miscarriage. They didn't see much in the ultrasound and my hcg level is at 203 which is low apparently so either I am way earlier then we thought or I could be miscarrying. 

With my current youngest I had actual bleeding twice and we thought a miscarriage ended up being hemorrhages which went away. I will just do the same as before and take it real easy this week. Im not cramping or anything so that should be good right? And I retook a test just now and my line colors are still dark with no change.

I am so paranoid!! I go back either tomorrow or Tuesday for another blood draw to see if my hcg goes up I'm so hoping it does
