Heavy Lifting and Brownish Bleeding...

Yesterday I over did it and had some brownish bleeding after lifting some heavy items.  My dr said to rest. Not lift anything. And if it's bright red bleeding and contracts to go to the hospital. Haven't had those, thank god.  Baby is moving around like normal. This is my second pregnancy...just wondering if anyone has had this happen before. I had a little bit more brownish blood this morning.
