relationship issues

So this morning when I was up I guess my bf did not know I was awake and he was under the cover on his phone.. i don't know his passcode to his phone so I don't know what the hell hes doing and it's frustrating me ... I checked his phone records and I know for sure he's not talking to another female .... but I wonder is if he's not talking to other girls what else could he be doing? I went to the doctor two weeeks ago and I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. I'm also taking meds for this already. I don't know what to do I really want to trust my bf we been together for almost 6 years and I don't wanna ruin anything. What do y'all suggest me I do?
