Breastmilk. And whole fat cheeses/yogurt.

Almond and coconut milk due to milk protein intolerance.

I give my 14 month old almond milk because she cant tolorate cow's milk. I thought it was lactose intolorance at first (she had severe diarrhea for over a week) but we stopped all dairy to let her body get back to normal, we then gave her lactose free whole milk and the diarrhea came back. She hasn't had a problem with almond milk and she really likes it.

I believe my oldest, who's now 4, had whole at a year. My little who's only 4 1/2 months will breastfeed until a little past 1 and then I'm using my frozen stash in sippy cups, then I'll switch to whole.

I gave my oldest whole milk at first but she was gaining a lot of weight so the doctor said only 2 c a day of 1% or skim! Lol Since then we've only had 1%! She's 5 now! Plus I'm lactose intolerant so 1% is fine with me too! But I originally started her on whole milk just 'cause that's what the pedi recommended.
