Weed Just Sent Me To Urgent Care??

So I go to my friends house after work to smoke. I take 1 single bong hit. My friend takes 3. I immediately start having a very very bad trip. I'd never had this reaction before and I didn't even know it could happen to this severity? But I was completely losing touch with reality. I decide that I'm definitely not driving home like this so I lay down to sleep it off. I quickly start to feel very nauseous - So I run into my friends bathroom and start puking. For a full 20min, I'm in there puking. And then I started yelling for help because I'm now beginning to vomit BLOOD (and I don't mean a little teaspoon or something, that would be normal for how much I'm vomiting. But it was like 3 or so tablespoons at a time mixed with stomach acid.  We try and wait for it to stop for another 15ish minutes (I drink some water) but my bad trip just kept escalating; My friend took me to urgent care; where they gave me anti nausea medication, blood work and fluids. I was apparently completely incoherent and unresponsive for another 30min before I started going back to normal. I remember being there and everything. I remember looking around but I don't remember any events or conversations?
