Would you say your family had kids young or late

I just recently realized that a lot of my family had children young. My parents were 24 when they had my older sister. My twin sister had her baby at 16 my older sister had her first at 20 and all my cousins were in their early 20's. All were planned exept my twins pregnancy. Do you think there's something biologically that indicates what age your ready for kids?
